When you use SportCast we collect from your Telegram account: your numeric user ID, first name and username (if public), chosen language and country, messages you send to the bot, and payment records (memo codes and transaction hashes).

We do not collect passwords, email addresses, phone numbers or financial credentials.

We use your data solely to: provide and personalise the bot service, process payments and manage subscriptions, send account-relevant notifications, improve our AI predictions, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except: Telegram as the platform provider, Anthropic Claude AI for generating predictions and responses, and TON Blockchain for processing cryptocurrency payments.

Your data is stored securely on private servers. We retain it for as long as you have an active account. You can request deletion at any time via /support in the bot.

All payments are via TON blockchain. We store only: the amount paid, the transaction hash (publicly visible on blockchain), and the memo code for matching. We never store or access your crypto wallet private keys or seed phrases.

Our Telegram bot uses no cookies. This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies.

You have the right to: request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account and data, and opt out of non-essential communications. Use /support in the bot to exercise these rights.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections and strict access controls. However no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SportCast provides football analysis only — we are not a gambling operator. All betting decisions are made entirely by users at their own risk. We strongly encourage responsible gambling. 18+ only.
